I think I’m finally back on track after the holiday. This has been a difficult week as far as motivation goes. Hopefully I’ll make it through and lose a little weight so I feel like continuing.

I’d like to hope I stayed under 1600 calories today, although it might have been more like 1800.
Fitness: I did week 3 of the running program – 250 calories burned.
Week 3
I lost 2 more pounds over Thanksgiving (!) for a total of 10 pounds! I’m 25% of the way there.
This week, I lost 1.17% of my body weight, for a total of 5.6% in 3 weeks.
I also lost half an inch off my waist, so I am now at 34 inches, with 7 inches to go.
This week, I’d like to continue my running program (week 3) and start lifting weights.
Day 21

Day 20
I didn’t eat healthy today, but I also didn’t stuff myself at every meal. I actually really only ate once today – not so good for the metabolism, actually. I will have to get back to 4 small meals a day soon.
Trudy’s Migas (I ate about half of the migas, 1 corn tortilla, and some beans), a few chips, salasa, and queso, and 2 Mexican martinis.
I didn’t eat dinner other than one grilled stuffed jalapeno.

Day 19
I was pretty awful today. I was ok on portion sizes and food, but had some super calorie rich drinks.

Day 18
Today is Thanksgiving, and I tried to be as good as possible. I had a bite of sausage-egg casserole and a bit of cinnamon roll in the morning, and a small plate of food with a little of everything for lunch (turkey, gravy, roll, salad, heavenly hash, potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, etc.). I didn’t snack, and had a small piece of chicken enchilada casserole for dinner, followed by a small piece of butternut cake. I also had 2 glasses of wine.
