Grumble
I’m definitely starting to get really hungry. I eat in the morning, at noon, and again at 4, and then at dinner. But lately, I’m ready for meal number 3 at 3, and by 3:30 my stomach is seriously rumbling. Hopefully I won’t get too off track over Thanksgiving, because I know it’ll be hard to start back up afterwards.
Note To Self
Stop stepping on the scale everyday. Yes, I’m glad you keep losing weight, but cut it out!
